ISO BEAUTY WARRANTY
At ISO Beauty, we believe proper care of your styling tools will allow them to last for many years. If your tool malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for replacement under our Lifetime Warranty, provided it has been properly registered.
Eligibility
To qualify for a warranty replacement, the tool must:
- Be purchased directly from ISOBeauty.com or an authorized ISO Beauty retailer.
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Important Registration Information
The manufacturer's warranty is valid only if the product has been registered and you have a valid receipt from an authorized seller, such as a professional beauty salon, ISOBeauty.com, or other authorized resellers. The warranty will not be honored if the product was purchased from unauthorized sources, including third-party sellers on sites like Amazon or eBay (some exceptions apply).
Coverage
ISO Beauty warrants that all of our styling tools (flat irons, blow dryers, twisters, and full sets) are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your tool is deemed defective, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value. Please note that all returns must be shipped at your own expense.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, such as broken housing or scratched plates
- Normal wear and tear, including damage to cords or excessive product build-up
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse (e.g., dropping, using with the wrong voltage, or neglecting maintenance)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Make a Claim
If your product fails to function properly under normal use and is within the warranty period, follow these steps:
- Ensure your product has been registered within 30 days of purchase.
- Complete and print the product return form (available online).
- Return the defective product with a shipping, handling, and replacement fee of USD 29.99 or CAD 49.99 (S&H Fee).
S&H Fee Payment
The S&H Fee can be paid via debit/credit card, check, or money order (DO NOT send cash). Payment is required for us to process your return, and we will not process returns without the S&H Fee. ISO Beauty is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ISO Beauty is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience.
Late Registration
If you register after the 30-day window, a service charge of $15 will apply to receive the lifetime warranty.
Shipping & Handling Fees
If you have registered for the lifetime warranty and need to return a product, the following shipping fees apply:
- Straighteners: USD 29.99
- Twisters: USD 29.99
- Blow Dryers: USD 39.99
- Complete Sets: USD 49.99 (must return the full set)
Note: Accessories and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns on hair care or skincare products.
