Directions

1. Prep Your Hair: Start by thoroughly brushing your hair to remove any tangles. Divide your hair into sections by using your fingers or a comb, and clip the top section up to begin styling.
2. Wear Your Thermal Glove: Put on the free thermal glove on the hand you will use to hold the hair (not the curling iron) to protect your fingers while styling.
3. Curling Your Hair: Take a 2-inch (5 cm) section of hair, hold it with your fingers, and wrap the hair around the barrel. Hold the hair in place for 5-10 seconds, then release for beautiful, soft curls.
4. Adjust Curl Tightness: The longer you hold the hair, the tighter the curl. For looser waves, release the hair sooner.
5. Switch Barrels: Changing barrels is simple and safe—just make sure the curling iron is cool and turned off. Press the round buttons on the handle to release the barrel, then replace it with your desired size.

Changing the Barrels:

• Always ensure the curling iron is cool and turned off before changing the barrels.
• Press the two round buttons on the center of the handle to release the barrel, then carefully pull it out and replace it with a different size.
• Tip: Some force may be required to remove the barrel, as they are securely locked in place to ensure safety.

ISO Styling Tips:

• Avoid Repeating Sections: If your curl isn't perfect on the first attempt, move on to another section and come back to it later.
• For Spiral Curls: Twist the hair at the root a few times before wrapping it around the barrel to create tight, spiral curls.
• For Curl Starting Near the Root: Roll the handle upward after wrapping your hair to get curls that start closer to your roots.
• For Waves or Larger Curls: Use larger sections of hair for softer, more voluminous curls.
• For Extra Volume: After curling, gently comb through your curls with a wide-tooth comb to add fullness and texture.
